  • Welcome! We truly endeavour to create a kynd experience through your entire journey with us!

    All of our physical classes (yoga, Pilates mat and barre) are open-level, which means that you can come as you are.

    We also offer a couple of purely beginner-level classes, which are slower paced and often a smaller class size. Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and Pilates Mat are also beginner-friendly. Vinyasa Yoga and Barre are faster-paced and can require some prior understanding.

    Regardless of the class you find yourself in, you’re always welcome to take breaks, find a pace that works for you and we’ll keep an eye on you in case we can offer a modification to better suit you in the moment.

  • Just yourself, your mat, some water and an intention.

    • A sweat towel for barre, Pilates Mat and Vinyasa yoga if you wish

    • We have facilities to fill up your waterbottle

    • We have some mats available to borrow, however they are provided on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee a mat will be available for you.

    • Wear something comfortable that you can move easily in

    • No socks or shoes are required (barefoot and kynd-hearted)

  • All of them! Provided you’re feeling well and your pregnancy professional hasn’t indicated otherwise, you can attend any class you wish. Checkout our Pregnancy + Postpartum page for more information.

  • If you’re on an unlimited pass or membership, it’s truly unlimited. Meaning you can get to the studio as often as feels good for you, your body, your mind and your spirit.

    • 1 class/week is a great place to start, especially if you’re a beginner. This can be enough to experience results on the mat and in your life!

    • 2 classes/week is perfect for those with other priorities or training routines

    • 3 classes/week was recommended by Pilates himself

    • 4+ classes/week can be beautiful for your body and mind, especially if you’re practicing all modalities (yoga, Pilates mat, barre)
